Executive Chef, Louis Andrews heads up the crew in the galley. Louis trained at Le Talbooth and has previously worked at the Marquis, Kesgrave Hall Milsoms and has worked alongside Michelin Star chef Tom Kerridge in London.

Wood-fired Pizza Oven & BBQ

Our Wood-fired Pizza oven is lit from Easter every Sunday 2-6pm. From Spring Bank Holiday it will be open every Saturday & Sunday. . (weather permitting). If you have a special event where you would like us to fire up the pizza oven please call to discuss. We have a choice of Margarita, 3 Cheese, Hawaiian, Spicy Meat Feast or choose your own toppings.
